Event and Parties tickets are extra.  We as a group will try to do Monday to Sombadrome Carnival.  My best guest estimate is $300 per person.  With transportation to and from the stadium.

If you cancel by July 31 $100 cancellation fee

If you cancel by September 30, 2019 $500 cancellation fee

If you cancel past October 1, 2019  Penalty is 100%
